1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Smart HRIS mobile application (“the App”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall and cease using the App.
2. Eligibility
The App is intended exclusively for employees and authorized personnel of organizations partnered with Fida Global Private Limited. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
3. Description of Services
Smart HRIS provides the following core functionalities:
- User Registration via the device camera (capturing three facial images).
- Facial Recognition for attendance (check-in, check-out, break in, and break out).
- Location Tracking during attendance-related activities.
- Access to pay slips, attendance records, and HR information sourced from the organization’s HR system.
- Ability to view daily attendance status including check-in/check-out times and locations.
- Apply for leave through the App.
- Submit manual attendance requests when applicable.
All data displayed in the App is provided by the employer’s HR system and may be subject to delays or updates from that system.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- Use the App only for legitimate and authorized work purposes.
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and prevent unauthorized access.
- Avoid tampering, reverse-engineering, or bypassing any security features of the App.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the App, including software, text, graphics, trademarks, and logos, are owned or licensed by Fida Global Private Limited. No part of the App may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fida Global Private Limited is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Data inaccuracies caused by delays or errors in the employer’s HR system.
- Network issues, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions.
- Unauthorized access resulting from compromised user devices.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or if required by law.

- Employment Data: Attendance history, leave records, payroll information, and other HR-related data provided by your employer’s HR system.
2. Purpose of Data Collection
We process your data to:
- Verify your identity.
- Record attendance and break periods accurately.
- Provide access to your payroll and HR records.
- Enable leave application and manual attendance requests.
- Display attendance status including location and timestamps.
- Ensure compliance with workplace attendance policies.
3. Data Source
All employment-related data, including pay slips, attendance records, and leave history, is obtained directly from your employer’s HR system. Fida Global Private Limited does not independently generate or alter this data.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Data is stored in secure, encrypted servers.
- Biometric data is encrypted and not shared with third parties unless required by law.
- Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share your data:
- With your employer’s HR department for administrative purposes.
- As required by applicable laws or court orders.
- With trusted service providers operating under confidentiality agreements.
6. Permissions Required
The App requires the following permissions:
- Camera: For capturing facial images during registration and for facial recognition.
- Location: For recording GPS coordinates during attendance and break events.
- Storage: For storing and displaying pay slips, attendance records, and related documents.
7. Your Rights
You may:
- Request a copy of your personal data.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account, subject to legal and contractual requirements.
